When to begin alterations?
The first fitting should take place 12 weeks before the event date for alterations that require severe changes.
What happens at the alteration appointment?
We will establish our timeline, initial investment, and discuss actions to ensure your gown is true to fit. Design changes can be explored.
What is the payment policy?
Kindly note that all balances must be settled in full prior to gown handover. Klarna is available for payment.
What is the policy for rush alterations?
For alteration requests less than thirty-one days of the event date, a $50 rush fee will be invoiced.
What should I bring to the appointment?
Anything you plan to wear on your special day, including shape wear, undergarments, and especially your shoes. Setting the hem is not possible without them. Don’t forget the gown!
What alteration services are available?
Our alteration services are exclusively available for gowns. We do not offer alterations for men’s or children’s garments.

STEP 03
PICK UP
Once your alterations are complete, your garment is steamed, finished, and ready for pickup. You’ll be notified when it’s ready so you can collect it
